The Pole Building offers a lower cost per square foot than a traditionally built space due to it’s pre-cut materials and repeatable processes.
It’s important when starting your pole building process that you have your floor plans and designs validated by an engineer. Both for safety but also to ensure it meets all building codes. There are a lot of “kits” out there that offer great design but are not necessarily designed with all of your states codes and statutes in mind. There are also a lot of builders out there that can work with you on a design, but end up having to engage with engineers to validate the design.
We design, engineer, and draft plans for Pole Buildings with the building codes and engineering requirements in mind. This gives you a ready to deploy plan without having to jump through additional hoops. Plus, we have extensive experience in the civil engineering space. You benefit from our extensive engineering experience. We design and engineer with a deep knowledge of codes and engineering requirements.
4. Drafting
All the plans and materials you’ll need to get your build done right will be provided as a result of our project. Floor plans, engineering schematics, etc.
